Co-ordinating with the Install team

Elevator Removal is essential in updating your old lift. In order to have your new lift installed, you must first take out the existing lift, leaving a neat and clean working environment.

Our Operations Director comes from an Install background at one of the largest Lift companies in the world. ERS knows how important having a clean, stripped lift shaft is when it comes to installing your new elevator.

ERS will decommission the previous Elevator and Motor Room, build safety decks, remove doorframes and make sure you are left with a spotless shaft once we are finished.

Throughout the process updates will be sent to the supervisor/project manager of the building elevator company to co-ordinate with the install team and timeline. Depending on what the Lift company wants we can leave certain things in the lift shaft to help the install team such as Pit ladder, shaft lights or any lift equipment from the previous lift.

We understand how important time is to our clients. With this in mind we have developed a systematic quality approach building elevator removal in a cost and time-efficient manner.
