We have over 20 years experience in the construction industry. We support and communicate with our client/contractor every step of the way; Initial site inspection, quote, planning, removal, cleanup and feedback.

We do the complete rip out service from building works, run the mains/telephone, remove door frames, make good, concrete cutting, remove all shaft equipment, strip/remove lift car, motor room, hoardings etc.

We expertly decommission all Overhead traction, hydraulic and underslung lifts irrespective of the number of floors involved.

We add value by identifying risks and providing practical, proven strategies to control and minimise those risks for all parties involved.  We can improve the likelihood of a successful outcome for everyone involved in our ongoing drive towards project excellence.
